Mordy Dunst, with threatening weather, dry tires only, and a failing gearbox, drove to the front of the production cars of the Kastner cup in style with an especially furious rush down the straights.

Fast cars run fast times and Mordy was seriously threatening the modified Triumph special of Bill Babcock ahead of him. He and expert pit crew, son Aaron, had a myriad of problems throughout the weekend, but when the chips were down, they had the best hand.

Great race and a great job, by winner, Mordy Dunst. Mordy did a compete rebuild of his car last year from new frame up. As a continuing contributing member of the Friends of Triumph, Mordy has helped countless Triumph owners and others with great old cars and their special gasket problems.
